With dozens of prospective tour and safari operators to choose from and only our own instincts to guide our decision making, we feel so happy and lucky to have settled on Safari Online and Tanya Cupido, who became the “composer” of a most fantastic itinerary for us.  With patience and insight, she presented a number of alternatives before we chose the one that we thought might best suit our hopes, needs and budget.  And, as it turned out, everything Tanja organized totally exceeded our expectations!  Two intimate and very special but quite distinct lodges each with unique safari experiences and encounters as well as hospitality to cherish for a lifetime.  Then a visit to Victoria Falls, with all transfers betwixt and between our various stays seamlessly orchestrated.  We have nothing but praise for what Tanja and Online Safaris arranged for us.  10 out of 10!

Ilona did wonderful work booking and managing us Australian 5, starting in the Botswana delta and through to Zambia and Kafunta lodge near Mfuwe.

Seamless logistics and absolutely absorbing - with abundant animal encounters daily on game drives -  3 weeks and 6000 pics with a long white lens - total heaven!

Never a concern with connections, whether by helicopter, light plane or road.  Bush camps a highlight, often with day long game drives.

We have just returned from an incredible 3 weeks in with unforgettable safaris in Botswana and Zambia and finishing at the Victoria Falls. Ilona organised an amazing adventure for us with seamless transitions from lodge to lodge, travel via plane, helicopter and road. We never worried about anything as she made sure everything was always in hand. She contacted us during our holiday with boarding passes for upcoming flights, checking that everything was going well and if we had anything we needed, she answered via WhatsApp very promptly and attended whatever we needed. We had fantastic animal encounters in both Botswana and Zambia with so many leopard, lion, and other encounters we lost count!

Working with Tanja to plan our South Africa, Botswana, and Zimbabwe trip was one of the best decisions we made. From our very first conversation, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and designed an itinerary that exceeded every expectation.

She perfectly balanced Cape Town, the Winelands, safari, Chobe National Park, and Victoria Falls, creating a trip that never felt rushed while allowing us to experience the incredible diversity of Southern Africa. Every recommendation—from our accommodations to the activities—was thoughtfully selected and seamlessly coordinated.

Our safari was truly unforgettable. We had extraordinary wildlife encounters, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, African wild dogs, elephants, buffalo, hippos, giraffes, zebras, jackals, and so much more. Adding Chobe National Park to our itinerary also ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, offering a completely different wildlife experience than our safari in South Africa.

Beyond the itinerary itself, Tanja was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the planning process. She answered every question, offered honest advice, and made us feel completely confident before we even left home. Everything during the trip ran smoothly, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy each destination.

This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and so much of that is thanks to Tanja’s expertise and attention to detail. We returned home with unforgettable memories and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone planning an African adventure. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again for a future trip.

The Motswari reserve was exceptional as was our cruise on the Zambezi. The trip required flights and drives to the appropriate location and everything was wonderfully coordinated. We've booked multiple safaris with Safari Online in South Africa and Botswana and they've been amazing. Karina helped us with the planning and provided multiple options to suit our budget and interests. When some activities were cancelled last minute because of the weather, Karina helped us book a different lodge to make sure we get the same experience we were looking for.

A fantastic trip to Africa!  Ilona from Safari Online was invaluable in helping us decide on the countries to visit and the game lodges to stay at.  The itinerary was perfect and the game viewing all that we had hoped for.  Recommendations on hotels, activities and restaurants in Johannesburg and Cape Town were spot on.  Travel arrangements and transfers were seamless.  Ilona even checked in a few times via WhatsApp to make sure everything was going as planned.  Overall, an exceptional trip to Africa.
